Graeme Smith, ANZIQS
(Director Tracer Interiors and Construction)
Graeme has over 21 years experience in the industry, with a wide range of projects under his belt, including housing, commercial construction and fit-outs. He is a Quantity Surveyor and an Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors. Graeme is responsible for the operation business day to day and also works as project director on some of the companies larger projects.
Paul Klouwens, ANZIQS
(Director Tracer Interiors and Construction)
Paul has over 21 years experience in the industry and is a Quantity Surveyor and an Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors. Paul is responsible for the procurement of new work and tendering potential work. Paul also has responsiblity of manageing the largest jobs that Tracer undertakes as leader of our project control group.
Dave Kells
Dave is a Site Manager for Tracer Interiors and Construction. He has over 25 years experience in the industry, and his excellent multitasking and management skills often sees him overseeing multiple projects for Tracer at any given time. His Advanced Trade Certificate in carpentry and his experience in the industry ensures that he has both the knowledge and skill to direct our tradesmen to deliver the standards demanded by Tracer Interiors and Construction.
John Incledon
John is a Site Manager for Tracer Interiors and Construction with over 37 years experience in the industry. Some of his most recent projects include Wellington Regional Council and Horowhenua District Council. Responsible for overseeing the on site management of our largest projects Johns ability to multitask and willingness to put in the extra effort to ensure the job gets done, and gets done right is a strength in his character that shows in the delivery of his Projects.
Tony Cole
Tony is a Site Manager for Tracer Interiors and Construction with over 25 years experience in the construction industry. Tony holds a Trade Certificate in carpentry and built a reputation on his ability to exceed client expectations and going the extra yards to get things done. Tonys past experiance includes significant time in both contracts and site management, and his bredth of skill ensures that no project is outside of his abilities.
Warwick Kendrick, Dip QS
Warwick joined Tracer Interiors and Construction after spending time with a PQS firm. Warwick has broad experience within the construction industry having spent time on the tools and as a cost control professional. His hands on experience and eye for detail and cost control are now able to be provided to the benefit of the clients of Tracer Interiors and Construction.
Raewyn Smith
Raewyn is responsible for office administration, invoicing and creditcontrol, and contract backup tasks. She has a wealth of experience in handling this position, and she ensures that the office and administration is run as professionally as our projects.
