This $2.2 million facility for the care of the mentally and physically disabled provided a number of issues we had to overcome to deliver a high quality finish within the required timeframe.
The project involved the construction of four units to house six residents and a care giver, and due to its rural setting, the installation of an extensive septic waste system was required.

Weather obstructed the construction progress with the bulk of the work occurring during winter, but we achieved a high quality finish, compliant with stringent regulations, and within the required timeframe.
