A three floor world class fitout was demanded by Marsh Mercer for their new New Zealand Office. Architects PTID had completed several MMC fitouts in Australia and were engaged to oversee this fitout in Wellington on the back of their success across the Tasman. Project Managers RCP knew that only a contractor that took care of the smallest details would be able to deliver the product required by MMC and PTID, within the ambitious timeframe offered and under the heavy penalties that their client demanded.

Tracer Interiors wasted no time in getting on site and transforming all three bare floorings into a clean and sophisticated modern office space, complete with lighting management and HVAC controls to ensure that MMC’s Wellington staff have the very best in corporate working environments in which to serve their clients. With the architect working remotely and in a different time zone, accurate and timely documentation was essential, and with over 70 Contract Instructions generated over an 8 week program changing everything from wall positions to the type of lightbulb to be used in particular fittings, Tracer Construction and the Project Delivery team ensured that there was never any chance of anything being left to chance.

This high quality fitout was completed ahead of schedule and on budget.
