When Centreport decided to conduct a staged upgrade of their existing Head Office building and facilities they knew that they needed a contractor who had an attention for detail and proven experience in working within a live office environment, not to mention the exemplary health and safety planning and procedures demanded by working within an 24hr operating port.
Completely refitting all of Centreport’s L1 office spaces, staff café, toilets and various other administrative areas, Tracer Construction was able to turn a tired old building into a modern and engaging work environment.

In order to present this new modern look that had been created inside the building to the outside world, a full remake of the entry area was undertaken, including extensive concrete and glass façade work, new feature entry stairs and tying the whole lot into the interior fit out and reception areas. As part of this fire egress and emergency exits were upgraded to remain in compliance.

We believe that the results of this upgrade program speak for themselves, with Centreport now provided with world class facilities, delivered professionally and achieving all project goals over this extended timeframe.
